I have attended a few sound healing sessions with Erica and Finlay, and one of them, to do with healing the heart chakra and understanding the meaning of trust, was one of the most powerful emotional experiences I've had in a group setting so far. The impact of the session stayed with me for many weeks afterwards, and transformed my interpersonal relationships deeply.

Beyond the power of the offerings themselves, there's always a lovely, inclusive and supportive energy at these events because of the way they are facilitated, and I don't think you necessarily have to have any experience at all with spirituality or healing to attend. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Erica’s sound healing ceremony was lovely and meaningful. The nature reserve she chose as the locale was beautiful and a highlight of the event. She made sure we were comfortable despite light rain with shelter under trees and mats, blankets, etc so we could be fully immersed in the experience. Her musical offerings supported the breathwork led by Finlay in surprising ways and helped me move deeper into my meditation. I had some pretty profound insights even when overall the soundbath and breathwork felt pretty gentle. I think this speaks to Erica and Finlay’s intelligence as healers. There were lots of nice touches to complement the deeper healing work too, like tea, flowers, oracle cards, a fire circle and questions for reflection. The theme of the solar plexus chakra was well-timed for me, and I’m grateful for this synchronicity and the skillfully held container where I could focus on confidence, self-worth, and power. Would highly recommend.

I was honestly very skeptical before the session, but it turned out to be such a beautiful experience. Erika is truly a special person. She has such a calming, peaceful energy and made me feel completely comfortable from the very beginning. Such a amazing experience today even though it was raining it was very comforting under a tree. Finlay from breathvana was such a nice person and spoke very calmly and knows his stuff. Erica created a safe and supportive space and held the session with clear intention, wisdom, and compassion. She guided me through the process with such care, helping me clearly articulate my intentions for the session, which can sometimes feel difficult when there is confusion or anxiety present.

I came into the session feeling really blocked when it came to accessing the Akashic Records myself. I wasn’t fully trusting my own experience or the messages I was receiving. I found myself comparing the way I accessed the Records to how other practitioners worked, and often felt as though I wasn’t doing enough for my clients.

Erica used her beautiful gifts of sound, including the drum and her voice, to help me move into a relaxed and open state of receiving and connection.
