Erica created a safe and supportive space and held the session with clear intention, wisdom, and compassion. She guided me through the process with such care, helping me clearly articulate my intentions for the session, which can sometimes feel difficult when there is confusion or anxiety present.

I came into the session feeling really blocked when it came to accessing the Akashic Records myself. I wasn’t fully trusting my own experience or the messages I was receiving. I found myself comparing the way I accessed the Records to how other practitioners worked, and often felt as though I wasn’t doing enough for my clients.

Erica used her beautiful gifts of sound, including the drum and her voice, to help me move into a relaxed and open state of receiving and connection.

Throughout the session, while Erica accessed my Records and offered the healing, I felt calm, relaxed, and deeply supported. I received so much clarity around the perceived blocks I had been experiencing in my work, and there were many powerful aha moments as well.

The session gave me greater clarity and confidence in my own unique way of accessing the Records. It helped me realise that I didn’t need to access them in the same way as anyone else. I was reminded to trust my own connection, my own process, and the way guidance naturally comes through for me. I left feeling empowered, lighter, clearer, and much more grounded in my gifts.

Today’s sacral chakra session with Erica was such a beautiful experience. From the very beginning, I felt incredibly welcomed into Finlay’s breathing session, which helped me relax and connect deeply with myself.
During the session, I experienced muscle spasms in my arm and a lot of yawning at the start, which really felt like a release of tension and energy. As the session continued, I became extremely aware, awake, and connected to my body and emotions.
Erica’s calming voice together with the sound of the singing bowl created such a powerful and soothing atmosphere. The whole experience felt grounding, healing, and deeply restorative. Thank you, Erica, for creating such a safe and special space.

Erica led a soundbath for a group of us with care and intention. She clearly designs the experience in mind for those present. Being open to discussion about her approach, and to the feelings that arise from the session. Whilst I was completely new to Soundbaths, and the others had been before, we all clearly enjoyed the session. Finding it a useful tool for reflection. It is a unique experience that I would recommend to try something new.
